Long exposure, symmetry and sunsets/rises are common here.
I would joke that this is one of mandatory spots for any UK photographer.
In this case those were taken with ND1000 filter at either 10s or 40/60s exposures with exact timing adjusted by closing the aperture all the way to f22 if needed.
All done on very cloudy Feb day at ISO 125
